Our new ward

I have been in Idaho for 8 Sundays. We noticed last week an interesting thing. Five of the last six weeks we have been in the bishop’s office for calling and settings apart. Some for Craig, some for me and some for Boaz. We have also been trying to sing in our little ward choir right after church. So for five of the last six weeks we have missed all or most of choir practice.

Today I was put in as a counselor in the primary. I’m excited. I love the primary music. I was just in my 8 year old class for a month. Three weeks of class. Two weeks of Primary program and practice. I was hoping to get to know these kids better. Such sweet kids. Now I have the whole primary to get to know. I wish I was better at remembering names and faces. But I will work hard to learn these darling kids.

Hopefully we will not be called to the bishop’s office again. Although we have tithing settlement later this afternoon.

I haven’t really paid attention to primary since the change. Now I get to learn the new program.

Today for our home study we talked about the new youth program. Helpful to me and good for Boaz.

Here is a picture I took during today’s study.

My foot in the slipper, Avisha on Craig’s lap and Boaz reading the pamphlet.
