Piano lessons

Yesterday I met Josh's new piano teacher. She is very accomplished. She wanted to hear what he had done previously.

Then she picked some new pieces from our books so they could start fresh.

One of them was Eine Kleine Nachtmusik from Mozart.

Today after school, Josh set down to finish the rest of his 25 minutes. (He practiced before the bus this morning.) He started on the Mozart piece and spent more than 30 minutes working on the beginning. He loves it. He is very excited about showing Dad what he has learned this afternoon. He can do both hands for the first stanza.

I am a happy momma. I love that he loves it. I also love that he loves Mozart. I think Mozart rocks!
