The Lord was talking about Boston. Some of the bretheren had gone looking for treasure to pay off their debt.
Later in section 117 He says, "for what is property unto me?" (vs 4) "Let them go" (vs 5) and one of my favorite verses that I had forgotten for a bit, "Is there not room enough on the mountains . . . that you should covet that which is but the drop and neglect the more weighty matters." (vs 8)
A reminder to focus on the real treasures. Seek the lost sheep. Follow the Master.
