Tyson and Cindy

I didn't get any pictures of the cute couple, so I grabbed some from Facebook. Such a wonderful day for them and for the whole family.

New apron

This is the third wedding since July. I've started to make aprons and give some favorite recipes in a binder that they can add to.

I like making things for people and then am a bundle of nerves hoping that they like it.

But I've gotten good responses and so I keep going.

Here is the latest apron. Thea was my modle and didn't want her face in the picture. She isn't ready for the day. I think she is beautiful no matter what itme of day, but because I love her, I didn't get her face in the picture. :)

I love the colors on this one. I just love batiks. I had to appliqué a flower on the pocket. It is a focal point and couldn't live without it.

A few pictures from the wedding.

I didn't take a whole lot of pictures at the wedding. But I did get a few that I can post.

So apparently I stalked the Oswald kids and snapped them individually. Tyson poised with the yummy eclair. I should have gotten a better face shot, he is rather handsome. I have gotten a bit lazy with the camera at family events. Usually there are lots of pictures that I can get from others. I just haven't seen any from this night.

Oh well. It was a great night filled with family and dancing

She is on her way.

Some more wedding pictures

I now have two ways to take pictures. Sometimes I don't get them all in the same place when I am posting. So here are some other pictures from the luncheon.

The bouquet. Beautiful flowers.

A broach from Grandma Elsie makes a beautiful hair accessory.  Such a gorgeous girl.

The up-do. Cute hair.

The happy couple smiling one more time. All those people with cameras are exhausting. :)

Congratulations to Kim and Andrew

I was thinking during the wedding how in two minutes your life totally changes. For such a big moment, it really doesn't take very long.

They look so happy together.

A beautiful day at the Idaho Falls temple.

A quick picture with Thea before we got out of the heat.

Cute, but distracted girls.

Some very cool guys. Gotta love the ties.

Nicko's wedding

My first memory of Nicko was the last day of my mission. He was born while I was serving in California. My sister and her husband came to pick me up, take me to San Mateo and help me find a job before school started in January.

They were waiting for me in a house, I can't remember whose, and he came toddling in the room with green yarn piled on his head, his hands up for balance.

It was love at first sight.

Now, it is hard to believe that he is all grown up and married. Crazy!

Devon is serving his mission in Nicaragua. This is the tallest he will ever be. Raven happy to pose with her missionary brother.

Josh and Boaz trying to see if they measure up.

Nicko -- big smiles on his big day.

All the groom's men.

Posing for the other camera. I took advantage and stole a shot.

 Nicko and his mom.

The wedding party, a bit distracted.

A close up. Not very good on the flash.

The only time Devon will be as tall as Uncle Joe.

A great day.

The happy couple, they humored me and smiled one more time. Their cheeks were beginning to hurt by this time.
