Birthday dinner

Craig BBQed some amazing salmon for Josh's dinner. 

Salmon with rice and corn on the cob. Delicious. 

He also wanted cheesecake. 

Topped with ganache. 

I don't make it very often. I'd be rolling instead of walking. But it is delicious. I'm grateful to my college roommate who taught me to be brave and try fancy recipes.
